Trainer/Teacher Observation and Assessment
We have extensive experience observing and assessing teachers and trainers and have available a proprietary system we have developed over the years. Feedback can provided through face-to-face session and/or written reports that are designed to support the growth and development of the trainers. We adopt a reflective, non-judgemental approach that empowers trainers while focusing on how to create a learning-centered classroom.

Curriculum Development
Clients can bring existing trainer training curriculum to us to work with. We also can design trainer/teacher development courses of varying lengths depending on the client's individual needs. Typically courses are one-week long and include 40-hours of face-to-face training for skills development. We also have distance learning options available that focus more on principles of adult learning.

Customized Workshops
