I had the pleasure of working with Josh Kurzweil and Berkeley LTC in 2023, in preparing to keynote the annual Welcome Back meeting for 32BJ. As a frequent participant in this type of work, I have collaborated with quite a few planners and consultants in this space. Josh’s work was outstanding, reflecting a deep understanding of evidence-based pedagogy, learning sciences, and educational technology. Coupled with his professionalism and commitment to the success of 32BJ’s students and faculty, this made for not only a great event, but also developed my skills and knowledge as well. The expert feedback and guidance that Berkeley LTC offered on my materials and presentation, and the interactive conference activities that they mapped out, were enormously helpful. I hope to work with Josh’s team again in the future, and would absolutely recommend that others do as well.

I highly recommend Josh Kurzweil and Berkeley LTC for their exemplary instructional design services. I recently partnered with Josh on an instructor development program for 32BJ, applying key evidence-based learning principles to real-world education challenges. Their core document, “The Principles of Learning,” provides an extraordinary concise synthesis and guide in relation to everything I know to be important in teaching and learning.
Throughout our project, Josh demonstrated strategic insight coupled with genuine commitment to learner success. In reviewing the program architecture, he asked thoughtful questions to grasp organizational context and goals. His feedback on presenting learning research insights to 32BJ trainers struck the perfect balance between engaging and practical. And in all our interactions, Josh focused completely on empowering instructors with psychology-backed techniques targeting long-term teaching excellence. I came away thoroughly impressed by the Berkeley LTC approach under Josh's leadership. They leveraged research into memorable messaging while encouraging active participation to maximize instructor growth. 32BJ is now sustaining those celebration-worthy outcomes thanks to Josh's guidance on operationalizing key learning theories. His deep expertise combined with his responsive style promises transformative partnerships for any organization pursuing actualized human potential. |

Jenn White facilitated an informative and engaging session for our team, focused on how we can increase our skills when planning digital presentations. We walked away with a better understanding of how to apply the principles of learning to help us plan and deliver content in a streamlined, engaging way, which is crucial for building trust with our families. Jenn was professional, adaptable and flexible throughout our session; I highly recommend working with her!
